Incident Commander

This 3-day course is designed to train personnel in the roles and responsibilities of an Incident Commander in a Type 2 Incident Management Team. The course covers the Leadership, Mobilization, Incident Management, Administration, and Demobilization of a Type 2 IMT. This is accomplished through lectures and short exercises.
