Stormwater Monitoring and Data Analysis under New NPDES Phase I and II Regulations

This one-day course introduces participants to the minimum requirements of the 2006 Washington State Department of Transportation Highway Runoff Manual. Revisions were necessary to be in compliance with the Washington State Department of Ecology's Stormwater Management Manual and apply to the planning and design of stormwater management facilities and best management practices for state highways and facilities.
