NARPM Presents...Hazardous Waste Manifests Overview: This 2-hour virtual training covers relevant requirements of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) that apply to shipping hazardous waste offsite during CERCLA response actions. The presentation will cover:
- The definition of hazardous waste and hazardous materials
- RCRA and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for preparing shipments of hazardous waste offsite
- Preparing hazardous waste manifests and land disposal restriction forms
- Using the e-Manifest system
This training is only open to EPA staff.
