Using Site Strategies to Develop RAF Task Orders
Hosted by CEC

Using Site Strategies to Develop RAF Task Orders is a 3-hour course designed to refamiliarize EPA staff with the Remedial Acquisition Framework (RAF) contract suite, including their structure and ordering requirements. The course covers the types of services available under RAF and the general program and project planning process for obtaining RAF services. From there, the course delves into the relationship between a well-developed site strategy and Conceptual Site Model (CSM), and how these technical resources can be used to define your RAF Task Order requirements. The course will include specific site examples of how using a site strategy and CSM resulted in a more thorough, easily developed RAF Task Order work statement. The instructor team will include instructors with FAC-COR level II, FAC-C, and PMP certifications.

By taking this course, participants will be better able to:
  • Describe the RAF program and RAF suites of contracts.
  • Understand the relationship between the site strategy, CSM, and RAF work statement.
  • Apply concepts covered in the course to awarding and managing task orders under RAF.

This course is only open to EPA staff.
Important Notice: Due to the content presented during a CEC course and the restrictions in place for non-citizens to enter federal buildings, international attendees are not permitted to attend CEC courses.
