Inland Oil Spill Response and Booming
Hosted by Marathon Petroleum, U.S. EPA Region 8, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service

The course will introduce oil spill response and tactics. The course includes lectures on fast water spill response including boat safety, boom deployment and spill containment dams. The course is hands-on and is largely field-based. The class is limited to 25 students, with no more than three students per agency.

This course is geared towards emergency responders from local, state, and federal agencies. This course is offered free of charge to all registrants who are confirmed to attend.
