| Event Description: | PURPOSE and OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this training is to review and discuss the specifics of the 1998 Policy on Timely and Appropriate Enforcement Response to High Priority Violations ("HPV Policy"). Each of the ten General Criteria and four categories of Matrix Criteria that must be evaluated to determine whether a violation rises to the level of an HPV will be discussed and demonstrated with seventeen case studies.
