Event Description:

Join CPRC’s Deborah Dalton and Dave Moora for CPRC’s most popular interactive workshop that provides participants with practical techniques and strategies to better communicate and negotiate.

Participants will learn:

  • Underlying concepts of interest-based negotiation
  • How to identify positions and interests
  • How to use active listening
  • How to ask effective questions
  • How to generate options for agreement
Additional Information:

Participants are encouraged, but not required, to attend Development Dispute at Menehune Bay: A Negotiation Role-Play on October 20th from 1:00 – 4:30 pm EDT, in conjunction with this training session.
