The Section 18 Emergency Exemption Pesticide Rule has been revised and finalized January 27, 2006.
EPA has scheduled a one day state training workshop to explain the changes and answer questions. An
announcement of the rule change and the workshops was sent to the states Friday February 24, 2006.
