FORMS II Lite Web-Based Training is an introduction intended to give the user a basic working knowledge of the Field Operations and Records Management System (FORMS) II Lite software that helps field samplers improve efficiency and eliminate errors by automating the generation of sample documents, such as labels and Chain of Custody Records.
