The RCRA Hazardous Waste Combustion 2018 training course is designed for RCRA and RCRA Hazardous Waste Combustion specialist to provide instruction in applying RCRA’s approach to hazardous waste combustion permitting and CAA 63 Subpart EEE and explaining how these regulations coordinate to establish comprehensive control of hazardous waste emissions and residues from incinerators, boilers, industrial furnaces and thermal treatment units. The audience targeted is experienced permit writers in the RCRA Program and CAA Program and equivalent state programs that primarily develop and oversee hazardous waste combustion unit control, testing, risk assessment and air modeling associated with RCRA’s permitting approach.
