| Event Description: | Purpose RCRA Organic Air Emissions Standards, Subparts AA, BB and CC of 40 CFR Parts 264 and 265 are applicable to permitted and interim status TSDFs, LQGs, and to recycling units at TSDFs. The requirements of these standards are very detailed and specific to the type of equipment, emissions control device/equipment, and hazardous waste management unit.
