Event Name: Multi-Agency Radiation Survey and Site Investigation Manual (MARSSIM) Webinar Course
Event Description:

This course, sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, familiarizes federal, state, local, and tribal government employees with the radiation survey and site investigation methods in the MARSSIM. MARSSIM provides detailed guidance for planning, implementing, and evaluating environmental and facility radiological surveys conducted to demonstrate compliance with a dose- or risk-based regulation. This training is being offered in a webinar format. Below you will find the link for video and audio connection. After joining the meeting, Adobe Connect will prompt you to setup an audio connection. See note (**) if you never attended an Adobe Connect meeting before.
Instructions for establishing audio conferencing after joining the meeting:
1. When prompted, select to start audio conferencing.
2. Select option “Dial-out” and enter your phone number in the space provided.
3. Select “Join” and Adobe Connect will call your phone to establish an audio connection.
4. If done properly, you should see a telephone icon next to your name in the Adobe Connect meeting.
