Event Name: Multi-Party Collaboration: Working Together Better
Event Description:

Multi-party collaboration involves creative thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to interact toward a common goal. It is reaching out to learn and include all needs in developing a joint definition of the problem and working together to develop solutions. Working together successfully involves inclusive thinking to ensure all needs are included, interest-based negotiations over positional bargaining, following a clear process that fosters innovation, creativity in solution generation, addressing participants procedural, psychological and substantive needs, and good communication.
