| Event Name: | EPA Region 10 Co-Sponsored McCoy RCRA Seminar |

| Event Description: | Day 1 provides a comprehensive introduction to RCRA concepts. This session provides a structured approach for identifying hazardous wastes and determining how they are regulated. Day 2 provides information about some of the more complicated aspects of the RCRA regulations. The course uses key EPA interpretative documents as its guidance and numerous examples for clarifying these complex regulations. Day 3 will provide information on recycling, used oil, RCRA air emission standards and land disposal restrictions. Group discussion, problem-solving sessions, and case studies are used to gain insight into these regulations.
