Join CPRC’s Deborah Dalton and Dave Moora for CPRC’s most popular interactive workshop that provides participants with practical techniques and strategies to better communicate and negotiate.
Participants will learn:
- Underlying concepts of interest-based negotiation
- How to identify positions and interests
- How to use active listening
- How to ask effective questions
- How to generate options for agreement

Participants are encouraged, but not required, to attend Development Dispute at Menehune Bay: A Negotiation Role-Play on October 20th from 1:00 – 4:30 pm EDT, in conjunction with this training session. |
