What is the course overview?
This course combines the work of Dr. Peter Sandman with the IAP2 core concepts for meaningful and effective public participation. In these challenging times of environmental, health, cultural, economic and social changes this course provides participants with strategies and behaviors to enhance quality public participation outcomes, even when communities are emotional or outraged.
