NARPM Presents...Developing Your Key Message: For this NARPM Presents..., Gina Soscia and Kathrina Konfirst will present strategies and best practices for communicating your message to a variety of stakeholders. They will dive into the “Developing Your Key Message” framework (otherwise known as the Message Map), created by communication expert Dr. Vince Cavello, one of the world's leading experts and practitioners on the practice of risk, high-concern, and crisis communications. The “Developing Your Key Message” framework is easily applied to any situation with any audience. During this session, participants will have the opportunity to map out and refine a message of their own, allowing for immediate and relevant application of the session content.

This session is open to EPA, States and Tribal partners and will be recorded.
