2011 Emergency Preparedness and Hazmat Response Conference

The Emergency Preparedness and Prevention and Hazmat Spills Conference, the nation's premier all-hazards conference for government and industry with quality education, training, and networking, will be held in Pittsburgh, PA, on Oct. 29-Nov. 2, 2011.  The conference is being sponsored by the Pittsburgh Regional Business Coalition for Homeland Security and U.S. EPA - Region 3.  For more information and registration please click here.



More Small and Disadvantaged Business Training Opportunities!

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Technology Innovation and Field Services Division (TIFSD) is offering training that is designed to build the technical capacity of small and disadvantaged businesses (SDBs) in the site characterization and remediation field. The training is part of an exciting new initiative designed to build the technical capacity of SDBs as they compete for environmental cleanup jobs in a greener workforce.
