**ERTP Course Notes: 1) New courses scheduled - Please check back regularly for updates to the above schedule. 2) Waitlisting - Once ERTP course registrations for the above courses are full, waitlist registrations are encouraged. Waitlisted registrations provide opportunity to enroll in ERTP-managed courses when cancelled registrations occur. 3) Unavailable registration links - Although some ERTP training courses listed above may not provide a registration link, it means they are open only by approval. For these courses, the course registrations occur manually by ERTP staff (in accordance with arrangements that were made with the EPA region or EPA Program Office specific to the ERTP course delivery.) 4) Travel - All EPA travel costs (i.e., Travel Authorizations, Vouchers) required to attend ERTP In-Person courses or In-Person training course dates are closely monitored/scrutinized by ERTP and the designated course POC. Additionally, for staff traveling on an EPA regular TA & Travel Voucher (or local travel voucher), staff must use the unique OCFO-approved conference code on their TA and Travel Voucher that is identified on the Trainex course registration page specific to the training course. Prior to registering for ERTP 'in-person' courses, it is important to carefully review and follow all course details posted at the course registration link. 5) Medical requirement - ERTP’s 40-Hour HAZWOPER and Hazardous Materials Technician training courses have a mandatory requirement for receipt of a medical clearance for respirator use, that must be received in advance. It is essential to carefully review the details contained on the course registration page, as well as any emailed Outlook calendar events received in your email mailbox after ERTP has received the course registration thru Trainex. 6) Time zones - Course time zones are local time at the EPA Region location, or Program Office, specific to the sponsored course. Timezone acronyms: Atlantic Time (AT); Central (CT); Eastern (ET); Mountain (MT); Pacific (PT).
