EPA Region 10 Sponsored McCoy RCRA Seminar

Day 1 provides a comprehensive introduction to RCRA concepts. This session provides a structured approach for identifying hazardous waste and determining how they are regulated. Day 2 provides information about some of the more complicated aspects of the RCRA regulations. The course uses key EPA interpretative documents as its guidance and numerous examples for clarifying these complex regulations. Day 3 will provide information on recycling, used oil, RCRA air emission standards and land disposal restrictions. Group discussion, problem-solving sessions, and case studies are used to gain insight into these regulations. A more detailed description and the agenda will be available soon.

Audience: Federal, state and local government employees, academia, students, Tribes and others
