Region 4 Brownfields Grantee Workshop

This Workshop offers a unique opportunity to gain knowledge of the Brownfields Program and to meet and network with others involved in Brownfields revitalization and re-use.

Experts from the Brownfields Community will share their knowledge and experience with attendees. Target Audience:
The audience will include Brownfields grantees and representatives of their communities from cities, counties and states as well as non-profit organizations, sponsoring consultants, invited environmental contractors, prospective future grant applicants and state and federal partners.

Learning Objectives:
  1. Gain knowledge of the Brownfields Program and its methodology for arriving at its end goals: Revitalization and Re-use
  2. Understand federal grant management processes
  3. Develop a basic understanding of the technical aspects of Brownfields
  4. Identify and meet EPA Brownfields Project Officers
  5. Identify and meet State Partners
  6. Meet and Network with other Grantees with similar Brownfields Projects
