Participants of this course learn: how to communicate general guidelines; which traps to avoid; how to handle hostile individuals and audiences; how to communicate among different cultures; and how to improve and apply active listening and non-verbal communication skills. What are the course objectives? The goal of this course is for participants to improve their ability to communicate risk with, and retrieve effective risk information from, the proper group of stakeholders.
